Tanguy is a collector of the Manneken-Pis. Here he is with his 5° trophy. Only Geert Vanderstricht equals him in the number of victories, but was only able to get the Manneken twice. Mayor Guido De Padt and Alderman Veronique Fontaine, together with a whole host of prize winners, complete the picture as usual.
